A newly renovated penthouse apartment, in a typical local house, located in a small, quiet dead-end street, within the pleasant and historic city district of Veruda. The Veruda district was a settlement near Pula for about 7 centuries, and today constitutes a city district of Pula.

It became a charming place to live again at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries when Pula developed in the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. Veruda thus today inherits the spirit of the Austro-Hungarian pleasant residential existence. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are the historical villas of von Trapp, Admiral Horthy, actress Alida Valli… Casanova also walked through Veruda a few centuries ago, and many centuries before that, King Richard the Lionheart.

Close to the center of Pula (2 km) with its sights and museums and very close to all the best beaches in Pula (800 meters).

The apartment is completely newly renovated, in a Mediterranean and Istrian spirit and with a simple, bright style conveys the charming spirit of this city district. The penthouse is in a two-story private house and the west side offers a view over the rooftops, with the Brioni Islands seen in the distance. South side it looks towards the nearby Aleppo pine forest and the church of St. Paul.

The apartment is designed for quality and comfortable accommodation for 6 people, ideal for larger families or three couples.

The entire apartment is a self-contained unit, with a total area of 100m2, plus two terraces with a total area of 30m2. It consists of three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (private entrance from each bedroom), a large living room with dining area and kitchen.

The bedrooms are spacious and airy, equipped with quality box double beds, with comfortable mattresses and bedding. Each bedroom has its own separate air conditioning unit, wardrobe and table with chair. The west-facing bedroom also has a beautiful terrace, the entire length of the room, with a view with charming sunsets. All bathrooms have walk-in showers. Hair dryers are also available.

The large living room with dining area is very spacious with a sloping ceiling that reaches 4 meters in height. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa for relaxing, a large smart TV, and its own air conditioning. Glass doors open onto a beautiful southeast terrace with an outdoor table with 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers.

The kitchen is designed in a vintage style, complete with a nice island and all appliances (electric coffee maker, nescaffe espresso, mokka, electric kettle…). There is also an electric grill on the terrace.

Free public parking is available on the street in front of the house and one parking space in our open private garage.
